is 1200w overkill or just faster?
built like a tank, feels way sturdier than cheaper sous vide sticks
i’ve done steaks and chicken with it perfect edge-to-edge doneness
app control is handy, but i mostly just set it manually, simple enough
pricey compared to basic sous vides but build quality feels commercial grade
takes a while to heat a full 20qt container, but once it’s there, it stays locked
my friends runned it for 2 days straight on a brisket lol, and the water temp didnt budge, we were all impressed by it
