Acceptable Use Policy

We expect all members to respect our rules, by becoming a member you agree to follow our acceptable use policy, whether you post, send messages, comment or interact via Chat.

We are a big family, made up of people from all walks of life, and we never stop accepting members. Even people who do not have an account but visit PromoNinja should be and are considered family, regardless of age, religion, ethnicity or gender.

For your own protection, images of children or minors will be deleted if they are posted on any area of PromoNinja.

Attention: Private Messages (PMs) are private and can only be posted if the sender has consented.

Privacy Statement

As a member you are completely responsible for your posts. If you change your mind about a post, you can delete it

You have full control over the email address registered with PromoNinja, and you can change it whenever you want.

I. Usernames and Avatars

There's a real person behind every username. Treat them with respect, regardless of their choices.

• Choose your username and avatar carefully. Offensive names or avatars are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban without warning.
• Impersonating another member by using a similar name is also strictly forbidden and will lead to a permanent ban.
• Creating multiple accounts is not allowed and will result in a permanent ban from PromoNinja.
• Never send third party information without their consent.

II. One-on-One Chat

You can contact us and other users through our chat, observing the following guidelines:

• Requires acceptance of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• The user's name and chat photo will be the same as the one they use on their PromoNinja profile; (They'll have the same username and profile pic as their main account)
• Start a conversation from the chat option at the top of the app or by accessing a user's profile.
• Search for other users using the chat search.
• Users already in chat can message those who haven't registered to the chat yet.
• When accessing a conversation, the user can:
  • Block a user
  • Report a user
  • Delete the conversation
  • When blocking a user the following rules are applied:
  • Once you block a user, they will not be able to send any messages or interact with you in any way. Additionally, you will not receive notifications or updates from this user.
  • When reporting a user the following rules apply:
    • The user may report the following reasons: spam, harassment, inappropriate, or others;
  • When you report a user, it notifies the system that the user's behavior is inappropriate or violates community guidelines. The actions of the reported user will be analyzed by the platform administrators, who will take appropriate action based on the severity of the violation. This may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the platform.
• The user may block or report a user by accessing that user's profile;
• It will be possible to send text messages, images/videos and links;
• Message exchanges will be real time;

III. Spam

As a family we will not tolerate spam. Any post found to be Spam will be removed immediately and the spammer will be punished at the discretion of the Moderators.

• Empty messages or responses with invisible text (font color); quotes without content; meaningless or even repeating questions, images, and words will be considered spam.
• Pornography in any context or appealing images will also be considered spam.
• Teaching exploits and bypassing security measures are considered forms of spam.
• Business self-promotion in any form, including affiliate networks, press relations, marketing agencies (advertising), SEO, questionnaires, auction or marketplace sites, direct sales , links to personal websites, third-party links, affiliate links, advertising for personal gain, and email marketing are considered spam.
• Duplicate topics posted within the last month may be deleted at the discretion of the Moderators. Before creating a new topic, please use the search tool to see if a similar deal has already been posted.
• Bumping old threads without a valid reason, posting spoilers, or trying to sabotage threads is not allowed and is considered spam.
• Being offensive, harassing, or engaging in any other type of harmful or unfair conduct is prohibited and may lead to a member being banned.
• Spam via Private Messages (PM) is also considered spam.

IV. Trolling

Trolls are individuals who disrupt discussions or topics by sending nonsensical comments or images, or by spreading misinformation and lies to deceive other members. This type of behavior is considered trolling and will result in disciplinary action at the discretion of the Moderator/Admin.

V. Piracy

We do not accept signs or mentions of any type of piracy, illegal systems or techniques to circumvent restrictions on websites. This type of content can generate confusion in the community and, in some cases, cause problems with user accounts on these services.

Your post may be rejected if it includes any of the following:

Piracy/ways of circumventing the system: Mentions and incentives for the use of piracy or methods to bypass restrictions to access paid content or services for free are prohibited. This includes sharing links to websites, forums, IPTV lists, or torrents that offer illegal downloads.
Additionally, content that promotes methods to circumvent systems, such as Social Security generators, GPS spoofers to activate deals, or operating system emulators to create multiple accounts on websites and applications, will also be removed.

VI. Racism, Religion, Sexuality

Attacking or discriminating based on race, faith, religion, sexuality, or using hate speech and discriminatory language will not be tolerated and the member will be removed from PromoNinja at the discretion of the Moderator/Admin.

• All people must be respected, regardless of their race, beliefs and orientation.
• All discussions must be constructive and respectful. Never insult anyone.

VII. Extras Acceptable Use Policy

We all have doubts about something at some point, and it is impossible to know everything. As the community grows, we are constantly building a knowledge base together. If you have something to add to the topics, please don't hesitate to share and help other members.

The basic rule of our acceptable use policy is to remember that everyone here is your family, and we all want the best for each other.

Our team is dedicated to upholding our community guidelines, but remember we are human and we also make mistakes. Whenever something bothers you, let us know, speak to a moderator or admin.

VIII. Votes

• Vote only when you really think a deal is good or bad.
• Whenever you downvote a deal, please leave a comment explaining your reason. Your insight helps the community make informed choices.

IX. Infractions, Suspensions and Bans

Our moderators actively monitor the community to prevent infractions.

Upon a first infraction, a member will receive a warning. Subsequent rule violations will result in infraction points.

All infractions are active for 30 days, if you receive 2 points before the previous ones expire, they will accumulate.

• If points are given after the others have already expired, the count starts over again the count resets.
• If you break the ban rules, you will be notified by email and banned immediately.

Infraction points:

• 2 points = 1-day suspension
• 4 points = 3-day suspension
• 6 points = 5-day suspension
• 8 points = 14-day suspension
• 10 points = 1-month suspension
• 12 points = Ban or suspension longer than 30 days

It is impossible for us to write a rule for every circumstance and situation. Our moderators assess each situation individually and use their best judgment when necessary.
