Acceptable Use Policy

We expect all members to respect our rules, by becoming a member you agree to follow our acceptable use policy, whether you post, send messages, comment or interact via Chat.

We are a big family, made up of people from all walks of life, and we never stop accepting members. Even people who do not have an account but visit PromoNinja should be and are considered family, regardless of age, religion, ethnicity or gender.

For your own protection, images of children or minors will be deleted if they are posted on any area of PromoNinja.

Attention: Private Messages (PMs) are private and can only be posted if the sender has consented.

You have full control over the email address registered with PromoNinja, and you can change it whenever you want.

I. Usernames and Avatars

There's a real person behind every username. Treat them with respect, regardless of their choices.

As a family we will not tolerate spam. Any post found to be Spam will be removed immediately and the spammer will be punished at the discretion of the Moderators.

IV. Trolling

Trolls are individuals who disrupt discussions or topics by sending nonsensical comments or images, or by spreading misinformation and lies to deceive other members. This type of behavior is considered trolling and will result in disciplinary action at the discretion of the Moderator/Admin.

V. Piracy

We do not accept signs or mentions of any type of piracy, illegal systems or techniques to circumvent restrictions on websites. This type of content can generate confusion in the community and, in some cases, cause problems with user accounts on these services.

Your post may be rejected if it includes any of the following:

Piracy/ways of circumventing the system: Mentions and incentives for the use of piracy or methods to bypass restrictions to access paid content or services for free are prohibited. This includes sharing links to websites, forums, IPTV lists, or torrents that offer illegal downloads.
Additionally, content that promotes methods to circumvent systems, such as Social Security generators, GPS spoofers to activate deals, or operating system emulators to create multiple accounts on websites and applications, will also be removed.

VI. Racism, Religion, Sexuality

Attacking or discriminating based on race, faith, religion, sexuality, or using hate speech and discriminatory language will not be tolerated and the member will be removed from PromoNinja at the discretion of the Moderator/Admin.

VII. Extras Acceptable Use Policy

We all have doubts about something at some point, and it is impossible to know everything. As the community grows, we are constantly building a knowledge base together. If you have something to add to the topics, please don't hesitate to share and help other members.

The basic rule of our acceptable use policy is to remember that everyone here is your family, and we all want the best for each other.

Our team is dedicated to upholding our community guidelines, but remember we are human and we also make mistakes. Whenever something bothers you, let us know, speak to a moderator or admin.

Our moderators actively monitor the community to prevent infractions.

Upon a first infraction, a member will receive a warning. Subsequent rule violations will result in infraction points.

All infractions are active for 30 days, if you receive 2 points before the previous ones expire, they will accumulate.

It is impossible for us to write a rule for every circumstance and situation. Our moderators assess each situation individually and use their best judgment when necessary.
