I have one of these, and they're pretty decent. The major issue is the charging—it still uses Micro-USB, which is mostly obsolete now. You'll also find yourself replacing the ear pads quite often since they wear out quickly. Another thing to note: the wired connection still requires the headphones to be charged, so you can’t use them at all if the battery is completely drained.
The microphone audio quality over Bluetooth is atrocious, like pre-HD phone call quality, it's decent wired.
