ive been staring at this refurb sub page for days and i still don’t know if this is a need or a midlife sonos crisis
i went through the exact same thing short answer you dont need it long answer: once you add it everything sounds incomplete without it
i thought my beam + surrounds were already solid then i added the sub and realized how much low end they were quietly skipping
was it immediately obvious or more of a wait… oh thing?
more the second at first its subtle then you turn it off and suddenly everything feels hollow.
