i swear every time i look for a cheap headset the answer is always turtle beach. are they actually good or just good for the price?
they very much good for the price nobody buying a $40 headset is chasing audio nirvana you just want something that doesnt sound like a mcdonald’s drive thru speaker while you’re playing warzone.
exactly people in headset discussions always jump straight to just buy $300 audiophile headphones and a separate mic bro cool but some of us just want to plug one cable into a controller and be done
Also a lot of those “audiophile setups” end up sounding worse for gaming if you don’t mess with EQ. A basic gaming headset is tuned for explosions and footsteps out of the box
