This Cookie Policy explains how PromoNinja ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website at www.promoninja.com (the "Site"). It complements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process your personal data more generally.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the website recognise your device, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used.
Local storage and session storage are areas in your browser where a website can save information, much like cookies, but with no expiry date (local storage) or until the tab is closed (session storage). We use them to keep preferences and the state of what you were doing on the page.
IndexedDB is a small database inside your browser. Some of our services (for example, login and push notifications) use it to store technical data.
In this Policy, "cookies" refers to all of these technologies unless we say otherwise.
Who sets them?
- First-party cookies are set by PromoNinja itself.
- Third-party cookies are set by partners whose services we embed on the Site, such as Google (sign-in, analytics and advertising) and Meta (advertising measurement). These partners process your data under their own privacy policies, linked below.
How we classify cookies
We group cookies into three categories. The consent banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or refuse each category except "Necessary".

How to manage cookies
Consent banner. When you first visit the Site we ask which categories you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clicking the cookie icon shown at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before.
Browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Instructions for the most common browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. If you block necessary cookies you can still browse the Site, but you will not be able to sign in and some features will not work.
Opt-outs offered by partners. Google: Ads Settings and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Meta: Ad preferences.

Legal basis
Necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Site and, where applicable, to perform our contract with you. Statistics and Marketing cookies are used only with your consent, in line with the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR, the UK PECR and Data Protection Act, and the Argentine Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 25.326).
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when we add or remove cookies or partners. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced through the consent banner, which will ask for your choices again.
