i didnt even realize laptop 5090 GPUs were already shipping in gaming laptops
yeah the high end ones are starting to appear
the real question is how much power the laptop version actually gets
exactly laptop GPUs always have lower wattage than desktop versions
still though even a limited 5090 laptop chip is going to be insanely fast
especially paired with a core ultra 9 and that much RAM
For $3500 you could build a pretty insane desktop though
at this price point I always wonder why someone wouldn’t just build a monster desktop instead
just saw the this and im genuinely confused who this laptop is for $3.5k and its basically desktop level specs in a backpack
