i bought it mostly because i travel for work and got tired of lugging my series s. ngl the boots straight into xbox thing is what sold me it feels more console-y than the old ally even though its still windows underneath
that’s what I’m worried about tho windows underneath is doing a lot of heavy lifting
@Mr_opinion yeah, occasionally its not zero friction but its way less annoying than expected i mostly stay in the xbox interface unless im tweaking settings or installing something from steam
im on week three and my biggest takeaway is this thing is for people who already tolerate pc gaming quirks if you expect switch level simplicity you’ll be annoyed within 20 minutes
im not a pc gamer and ive been fine i literally just play game pass stuff havent touched steam once ignorance is bliss i guess
can we talk about battery life honestly? reviews always dance around it
depends what you play indie stuff? pretty solid. AAA at 120Hz? yeah no you hugging an outlet after like an hourish i treat it like a portable-but-not-for-camping device
