honestly the 3K OLED panel is the real highlight here once you used OLED on a laptop its really hard to go back to standard IPS screens
oled on laptops completely changes how games look, especially anything with darker environments blacks are actually black instead of that grey haze you get on normal panels
exactly games like cyberpunk or alan Wake look incredible on oled
my only concern with oled on laptops has always been burn in do people still worry about that or is it mostly solved now?
its way less of an issue now modern panels have pixel shifting and other protections unless you're leaving static UI elements on screen for thousands of hours it's unlikely to become a real problem
plus for media consumption alone its amazing movies, youtube even regular browsing just look more vibrant
yeah honestly once you see hdr content on an oled laptop screen its hard to pretend regular displays look the same
im really curious how the rtx 5060 gpu performs in something this compact small laptops usually struggle with thermals once you start pushing modern games
yeah thats the thing with thin gaming laptops you get powerful hardware but it sometimes runs at reduced wattage compared to bigger machines
even with that limitation mid tier GPUs like the 5060 are more than enough for 1080p or 1440p gaming with dlss
