Anyone tried this ASUS Vivobook S 16 Flip? Need a 2-in-1 for school but not sure if it’s solid
Got one a few weeks ago touchscreen is nice hinge feels sturdy but 8GB RAM kinda limiting if u multitask a lot
so does it lag with too many tabs open?
yeah if u push it hard Chrome + a few apps and it starts struggling
ugh wish they had a 16GB version might have to look elsewhere
yo i got this last month when it was like $699 still feels like a win ngl
dang u paid $50 more lol
but fr how is it? thinking abt grabbing one for school
its solid man. screen is huge and the flip thing is clutch for lectures. i do wish it had more RAM tho, 8GB feels kinda tight if u got 10 tabs open plus word + zoom. battery's been decent but not crazy good
does the screen get bright enough for outdoors? like real outdoor use, not just “technically outdoors” lol. thinking abt using it at coffee shops n stuff
it’s ok in shade but sunlight? nah. u gotta crank it all the way and even then it’s meh. indoors it looks dope tho
