Adjustable memory foam lets you set the right height. Gel keeps it cool, and the cover feels soft but breathable. Good balance of comfort and order in the bedroom.

does the foam actually sleep cool or does it trap heat like most memory foam?
Hey, the gel infusion really helps with cooling. I tend to sleep hot, and with this pillow I don’t wake up sweaty. The cover fabric is breathable too, so it feels cooler than solid foam.
how hard is it to adjust the fill to get the right loft?
Hey, it comes with a full bag of extra fill and a zipper opening. I just scooped some out, tested, then added a little back until it felt right. Takes a few tries but once dialed in, it’s perfect for your sleep style.
ngl, once you get used to it, it’s hard to go back to regular pillows
big, fluffy, looks expensive on the bed too hahha
