is this still the budget RM line compared to the RMx or has that gap basically disappeared?
the gap is way smaller than people make it out to be RMx still has slightly nicer internals but for most users? you’ll never notice

a few years ago i would’ve laughed at buying a 1000W PSU for a normal gaming PC now im staring at my parts list like yeah this might actually be reasonable gpus got unhinged
same its not even the sustained draw anymore its those stupid transient spikes. cards casually asking for double their rated power for a split second
@CuriousGeorge feel like everyone still think wattage is about average usage, but modern gpus are like toddlers hyped up on sugar sudden unpredictable demands
