we’ve officially reached the timeline where you can shove 1000 watts into something the size of a lunchbox. SFX 1000W used to sound like a meme now its just… $199.99 and prime shipping

26% off from $269.99 makes it feel semi reasonable too which is insane cuz its still $200 for a power supply

if yourunning a high end GPU in an ITX case this isnt even overkill anymore. modern cards spike hard ATX 3.1 compliance matters
    1. Dello· feb 20
yeah the transient spike handling is the quiet hero here id rather overbuild PSU than troubleshoot random shutdowns
      1. Beyblade· feb 20
@Dello PSU is the least sexy part of a build until it isnt
bentt· feb 20
anyone running this in a dense ITX case? 92mm fan sounds small on paper does it ramp aggressively under load?
Genius· feb 20
Renewed version at $159.20 is wild. Thats like $40 savings. Would you trust a renewed PSU though?

thats tougher than CPUs. PSUs age based on load history even with japanese 105°C caps, usage matters
