i used to set five alarms and still wake up angry bought this as a last ditch experiment because i was tired of starting every morning already stressed didnt expect a clock to change anything but the light actually pulls me out of sleep instead of yanking me
this is exactly why sunrise alarms work better than sound first alarms your brain gets a heads up instead of a jump scare
how long does the light ramp take? some of these devices go from dark to interrogation lamp way too fast
you can set it mine starts dim like 25 minutes before the alarm by the time the sound kicks in im already half awake and less hostile to existence
