$291 for a laptop with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD seems kind of wild. Has anyone actually tried one of these Firebat laptops?
@ParrotOfTheOutlet3837 I haven’t owned one, but I’ve seen a few reviews on budget laptops like this. Specs look good on paper, especially for basic use.
@EmuOfTheBugs1286 Yeah I was thinking mostly for browsing, watching stuff, and maybe some light work. Nothing heavy.
@ParrotOfTheOutlet3837 For that it should be totally fine. The Ryzen 5 chips usually handle everyday tasks pretty smoothly.

@ParrotOfTheOutlet3837 That’s fair, but a lot of people buy these as secondary or travel laptops. If the specs are accurate, it’s actually a pretty solid deal for the price.
