$10 for a wired controller that works on Switch and PC sounds kinda tempting. Has anyone actually used this one before?
@avashost I haven’t used this exact model, but I’ve tried a couple GameSir controllers. For the price they’re usually pretty decent, especially if you’re okay with wired.
@jacobmt77 Yeah wired doesn’t really bother me, I mostly play docked anyway. I’m just wondering how the sticks and buttons feel.
@avashost From what I remember, the sticks were surprisingly smooth. Not exactly Pro Controller quality, but definitely better than some super cheap ones.
@jacobmt77 That’s good enough for me honestly. I mostly want a second controller for when friends come over.
@avashost Then this is probably perfect for that. At that price it’s hard to complain if it’s just for casual multiplayer.
@jacobmt77 True. Also saw it has that 1000Hz polling rate thing listed, which sounds kinda nice for a wired controller.
@avashost Yeah wired controllers usually feel a bit more responsive because of that. For fighting games or platformers that can actually make a difference.
@jacobmt77 Alright, I might grab one just to try it out. Worst case it becomes a backup controller.
