i keep going back and forth on this system on paper it replaces a blender, food processor and smoothie cups but i always wonder if combo units just do everything okay instead of doing one thing really well
i had the same concern before buying it but this is one of the rare combo systems that doesnt feel compromised the blender is genuinely powerful and the processor bowl isnt an afterthought i stopped using my old Cuisinart processor entirely
interesting does it actually knead dough well or is that just marketing fluff?
@KatieWK its not a stand mixer replacement but for pizza dough or quick bread doughs its shockingly competent the torque is there you just need to respect the capacity limits and not overwork it
1500 watts sounds impressive but ive used powerful blenders that just pulverize everything without finesse is it all brute force or do you actually have control?
its aggressive but predictable the preset modes help more than i expected total crush is violent sure but the regular blend mode gives you time to adjust consistency instead of instantly liquefying everything
@BradRC what sold me was how it handles ice snowy, uniform no sad half-crushed chunks rattling around
