Great for post-injury or high-intensity weeks. Setup is simple, and it cools better than ice packs. I use it mostly on knees and ankle after tennis.

just out of curiosity, have u had any serious injury on your knee? or is just for practicing sports? i'm actually asking that because i wanted to get one of these now i'm back playing soccer, but i'm sure its really necessary since i've never got a real injury
