true but if you actually do video editing the speed difference is noticeable export times dropping from like 8 minutes to 4 minutes sounds small until you do that 30 times a week

to be fair the m1 launch was insane that jump from Intel was like going from a honda civic to a Tesla overnight
exactly everything since then has been like okay its 20% faster but your life wont change
im honestly just happy Apple finally made 16GB the baseline the old 8GB debate was like watching the same internet argument repeat every six months
it was a stupid argument too because both sides were right
average users: 8GB works fine
developers and power users: 8GB is absolutely not fine
