been using the white mist G series for a couple months now, and here’s the breakdown: sensor’s top-tier (hero 25k), so it’s extremely accurate even on high DPI great for FPS titles like Valorant or Apex, clicks are responsive, almost zero pre-travel, and the lightweight build helps a lot in long sessions. downside? battery life dips if you run full RGB, so i’d recommend turning that off if you want it to last multiple days. also, the side buttons are a bit soft, better suited for quick macros or inventory hotkeys than precision actions. imo, it shines most in competitive shooters or fast-paced games, not so much for MMOs or anything that needs tons of inputs
so between this and the razer viper v2 pro, which one’s better for competitive fps? i’m looking for something reliable but not too heavy on the hand
i had both and honestly switched back to logitech razer felt amazing at first but the side clicks got mushy way too fast, G feels more durable long-term
depends on your grip and priorities, the viper v2 pro is lighter and has slightly better battery life, but this logitech wins in ergonomics and sensor consistency imo, i’d go G if you claw or hybrid grip, razer if fingertip
i like the feel of the razer more, but for my smaller hands the G fits better, also love the scroll wheel on this one – super precise. worth it if you're into CS or Valorant
