Every time I see a monitor pushing 320Hz refresh rate I wonder how many people can realistically take advantage of it. I mean, hitting 320 FPS consistently requires a pretty serious PC setup depending on the game. For competitive shooters maybe it makes sense, but for most games it feels like overkill
for esports titles its actually very achievable games like cS2, valorant or overwatch can easily go above 300 fps if you have a decent CPU and mid to high tier GPU
thats true for lighter games i guess im thinking about more demanding titles
yeah aaa games wont hit that kind of frame rate but competitive players usually lower graphics anyway to maximize responsiveness
