replaying RE4 again and im still shocked how hard capcom nailed this
same i expected “good remake,” not why does this feel better than half of new releases?
it somehow respects the original while also fixing stuff i didnt even realize was annoying back then
yeah it feels familiar but tighter like muscle memory still works but everything hits harder
the gunplay is way more satisfying than i remembered
they really leaned into weight every shot feels like a decision
especially on higher difficulties missed shots actually hurt now
exactly its stressful in a good way, not cheap
