i switched from oura mostly because i was tired of paying a subscription to look at my own sleep that alone made ringconn worth trying
same boat no subscription feels illegal in this category at this point
how accurate does it feel though? especially the sleep apnea thing thats a big claim
its not a medical diagnosis but it definitely flags nights where my breathing looks rough matched up pretty closely with what my sleep clinic told me before
