Has anyone here played Super Mario Bros. Wonder yet? I keep hearing good things about it.
@sk8board Yeah I finished it a few weeks ago. It’s honestly one of the most fun Mario games they’ve made in a while.
@johnsprofile Really? I liked the classic side-scrolling Mario games, so I was hoping it felt similar.
@sk8board It definitely keeps that classic feel, but they added a lot of weird and creative mechanics with those Wonder effects.
@johnsprofile I saw a clip where the pipes started moving around and the level changed. That looked pretty wild.
@sk8board Yeah the levels constantly surprise you like that. It keeps things fresh instead of feeling repetitive.
@johnsprofile That actually makes me want to try it more. Mario games can sometimes feel a bit predictable.
