i still remember the insane hype before release and i swear no game has ever had that kind of expectation vs reality gap like this one did
yeah but if you ignore the hype and just play it now its actually a solid game the problem was people expected something revolutionary
thats fair back then it felt like a downgrade from what was shown but replaying it now without that baggage hits differently

i dont get the bland argument hes supposed to be cold and distant thats literally part of his character
