thats kinda the point though the tension only works because you know everything is on the line without that its just another survival looter

not gonna lie that system sounds like pain 😭 id rather have something smoother even if it’s more generic

i can see that. It depends how much you experiment though if you stick to one setup yeah it’ll get stale

@NanaGo I get that, but there were moments where I just stared at the screen like… “there’s no way this is the intended solution,” and then it was 😭

i played like 10 hours and honestly… if i didnt already like the characters i probably wouldve dropped it the gameplay loop isnt strong enough on its own

Exactly. You’re chilling in a cute town talking to quirky NPCs, then suddenly the game hits you with something dark or just straight-up bizarre

thats probably it i went in thinking zelda-ish but indie and instead got interactive slow burn novel with some combat sprinkled in

@Void Exactly, it’s like a mix of strategy and roleplay. Once you get into it, it’s hard to stop playing.

@GeorgeW71 True, but if you’re into that kind of progression, it actually becomes pretty rewarding.

@Cheapskate There’s something really special about exploring this world slowly and building your base from scratch. It feels relaxing but also dangerous at the same time.

@ProPlayer Also the procedural caves make every run feel fresh. You never really know what you’re walking into.
